It happens with people who have very less exposures to sunlight, ones who either mostly stay indoors including the kind of diet thats not balanced, And over the periods of time the vitamin D that is essential for our bone health and calcium absorption is reduced to such low levels that you start experiencing such symptoms. I am not any doctor but just trying to help through personal experiences. There is this test called Vitamin D hydroxy, i hope your test has covered that. And if it is normal then i am sorry to have not being to provide any useful help

Hi I did suspect it was something to do with my cartilages but they was fine before all the started happening how can there suddenly just be problems with them all over my by body when I haven't cuased them by any sort of injury or nothing I just don't understand it ? Find regards Adam
I think you may have Vitamin D deficiency and the sound is probably the grinding happening between the cartilages.
