Bone clicking popping grinding

Hi there I'm posting this message mainly looking for reasurances and to give me an idea what could be wrong bascaily it started about 6 weeks in my shoulders nees and feet started clicking at the time I thought it was abit weird but thought no more of it everyone clicks then in the space of a couple of days they started making grinding noises what get noiser and noiser over the space of six weeks the clicking and grinding noises have bascaily spread everywhere all over my body places I dident even no there was bone I feel it click when I yarn muscles clicking when I'm eating at the side of my head the back of my head all over my body my neck makes a really bad grinding and I actually feel some thing click inside when I turn my head I click on my Adam's apple  I swallow it's even given me problems swallowing this is obviously getting me really depressed to a point I think I'm going to die and it's scaring the life out of me also iv bein bringing over blood over the last couple of months aswell  it comes from my mouth and is always in my nose it's getting me to a point where life is just unbearable I can't take all this clicking and grinding much longer it effects more and more bones everyday I hear clicking and grinding somewhere else iv bein to the doctors about this problem they give me a chest x Ray for the blood what come back clear they also done blood tests on me for the bones what came back normal so I'm really confused and scared to what it is it's affecting my friendships and relationships with my family becuase I'm constantly down and saying I'm going to die please could someone help me and give me some sort of reasurance to what it could be becuase I'm worried sick thanks.

It happens with people who have very less exposures to sunlight, ones who either mostly stay indoors including the kind of diet thats not balanced,  And over the periods of time the vitamin D that is essential for our bone health and calcium absorption is reduced to such low levels that you start experiencing such symptoms. I am not any doctor but just trying to help through personal experiences. There is this test called Vitamin D hydroxy, i hope your test has covered that. And if it is normal then i am sorry to have not being to provide any useful help

Hi I did suspect it was something to do with my cartilages but they was fine before all the started happening how can there suddenly just be problems with them all over my by body when I haven't cuased them by any sort of injury or nothing I just don't understand it ? Find regards Adam

I think you may have Vitamin D deficiency and the sound is probably the grinding happening between the cartilages.
