Bruises

Hi,
I noticed bruises appearing in different areas of my body, without me bumping or hurting myself. Could there be a medical explanation for this? Some are on the knuckles of my fingers, others on arms and legs.

I would get a blood test to see if you have a vitamin deficiency. Eat lots of vitamin c and iron

hi!
It could be an iron issue. A child I use to nanny for actually use to get really dark bruises that looked like someone had hurt her, and the day care she was going to before had even reported it. It turned out she had very low iron so the slightest touch left bruises. The doctor said it would even be possible to break bones easily. Thankfully that never happened.
