Leukemia?

Hi

I've been having these symptoms for about a week now, but I have to say too before hand that I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac too.
I got sick during my period with a fever, headache, and nausea. I noticed too that I was getting more pin sized red dots on my arms. I've had a few before, but they showed up more rapidly now. they're hard to see unless you really look.  Now they're all over my bicep/inner arm on my right arm and starting to have more on my left.
Back in January, I was worried bc a swollen lympnode. It's not tender/hurts when I touch or press down on it.
After the dots came, I looked them up because my co-worker said that it could be leukemia.  I read that you have joint/bone pain with it also and I have those symptoms too now.  My wrists and some fingers ache and my feet.  Every once in awhile my shins hurt.  There's also muscle pain in my quad(mostly right) and calf.  My forearms gets it too.  I don't know if this is brought on because I read it.I have explanations for my lower half of my body bc my hips are rotated out of place and I've been running, so that could cause the pain there, but what of the wrist, fingers, and forearms?
After I got sick, I felt better, but my stool is still loose.  I don't have a fever right now, but have been very tired lately.
Is it possible that my blood test could have changed so quickly from being normal in january and becoming low because of leukemia in 2 months?  I also had an iron test at work and I wasn't anemiac(ms?) back in feb too.
I have a doc's app thursday morning, but want to hear some opinions and maybe questions I could ask him.  I'm not used to this doctor - I'm a co-op student about 800 miles from home and my family doctor.

Thank You! I really do appreciate it.

I have several of those red dots on me permanently and have had them for as long as I can remember.  They do increase SIGNIFICANTLY when I am pregnant.  That was actually one of my first signs last time.  I get them everywhere when I'm pregnant, especially my arms, hands, fingers, and face.  Could you be?

You sound pretty healthy and normal to me.
I get those red dots intermittently, certainly when I exercise, and the blood comes to the surface of my skin.  The running is great for your heart and your body, and your fatigue, fever, are classic symptoms of the flu.
I think you may have just gotten a virus, not luekemia.

Have you been lifting weights or carrying bags?  I get those red dots after doing either of those things and mainly under my arms.

My husband gets them after he has vomitted (on his eyelids).

Remember common things are most common.
