Burning or heat of penis skin after ejaculation

During sex play there was some outside rubbing of genitalia without any lubrication or little of it, we started having sex without condom and I put on condom later and after evacuation I started to feel heat and the it was more intense so I had to pull out and remove condom, but it kept burning and only after washing off it went away.

It never happens before I had some lesser feeling of heat few times before but never so intense.

I have no discomfort or any problems other than this experience.

Could it be that it's just because of some rubbing skin became sensitive and reacted with semen? Or is it a symptom of some thing?

This can be a few things, so you could be allergic to the condom maybe it's just that type the latex is not so good or the lubricant on the condom. It could be something more serious like a sti or std or the girl could have had a UTI and that caused the reaction. Go get a allergy test and std check up to be sure.
