episodes of, pinpoint pain on right side of head w right head and arm numbness.
Started with an episode where I nearly passed out. EKG showed PVCs during episodes, but no cause. Have now turned into smaller episodes all with the same symptoms. Right side of head has medium scaled pain, right side of head goes numb, right arm goes numb, sometimes pain in right elbow, palpitations. 48 hour halter showed several instances of PVCs, no cause. Brain MRI showed maxillary sinus cyst, and same fluid cyst I’ve had for years, no growth. All cardiac tests normal. What could this be!?
