I feel like I have been Drugged this feeling is not normal please help

I woke up last night at 2am I was so dizzy I could barley make it to the bathroom, I was also very sick to my stomach, I felt like throwing up I just didn't feel stable enough to even try, I got in the bath to try and stop my  head from spinning and feeling sick I passed out woke up with the tub overflowing all over the ground i lay my head on pillow attached to my tub, without it i might of drowned, i was out for 3hrs.  I got out and felt a little better but still so dizzy and sick to  my stomach i could barley make it back to my bed. what's wrong???? I dont  drink or do drugs, I dont drink coffee or soda,  what can it be?

Hello and welcome to the forum. This sounds terrible.  I am sure you are extremely uncomfortable and I feel it would be best to receive medical attention.  Urgent care? The ER?  Or at the very least, your primary care doctor tomorrow.  Some things that can be going on are an inner ear issue causing the dizziness and vertigo can cause extreme nausea. There is a virus that can also cause this inner ear issue.  https://www.cedars-sinai.org/health-library/diseases-and-conditions/l/labyrinthitis.html  It is often accompanied by other symptoms but doesn't have to be.  There is Eustachian Tube dysfunction which can cause this dizziness resulting in nausea.  https://www.webmd.com/brain/vertigo-symptoms-causes-treatment  I'd also wonder about a migraine. There are all sorts of migraines and they can often present different than we traditionally think of them.  Vestibular migraines in particular are something that comes to mind with your symptoms. https://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/vestibular-migraines  And lastly, there is a nerve that can have issues that will cause this.  An ENT does particular movements to help.  https://www.healthline.com/health/vestibular-neuritis
