Hi, I've had a similar problem to you for the last 10 years, I don't know if I can be much help but I know it makes me feel a bit better knowing that someone else is in a similar boat. The doctors just keep telling me it's anxiety but I don't know if that's just so they can fob me off with antidepressants. I've tried several over the years and none of them helped but last year I had a slight breakthrough when I tried sertraline. My symptoms improved by about 50 % but then I got pregnant and had to stop taking them. I'm going to go back on them again and try a higher dose to see if that helps even more.
