Random Chest/neck/arm/ head pain

Hello I'm a 24 year old Male. Weight about 280. Never have had any health problems in my life other then an exercise asthma that i had as a kid that i don't have anymore. And ammonia when i was 12. I smoked cigarettes for the last 5 years and have recently quit and i smoke marijuana 2-3 times a week.

I have been getting random chest pains in the right side of my chest like 3 inches to the left of the right nipple and then sometimes the left side of chest 3 inches right of the left nipple. The pain comes on at random or maybe when im breathing. Happens when im sitting sleeping laying doesnt matter just randomly and its a pinpoint beating pain that i can pinpoint with 2 fingers (the area of pain) that lasts from anywhere of 1 heartbeat to 5 mins of pain. The pain never happens on both sides of the chest at the same time. The pain also when on the left side of chest moves over into the left shoulder and upper arm area sometimes. I've also been getting headaches above the left eye and sometimes on the back of the head almost like back head pressure and neck stiffness. Also I've been getting nausea either right before or as the chest or headache pain comes on.

I've been to the hospital had an ekg, blood tests and ct scan, and they said all was normal then diagnosed me with acute bronchitis (even though the doctor said my lungs didn't sound bad) and gave me z pacs antibiotics. I took the antibiotics and my symptons are still the same after 8 days. My dad did die around 9 months ago but these symptoms didn't start occurring until about 3 weeks ago. I dont think its stress related. I do sit at a desk around 6-8 hours a day for work. It also seems like I've been almost having leg cramps in my left leg the last 3-4 nights while i sleep (wake up with pain in the leg and then bend my leg and stretch my thigh muscle to stop the cramp) and last night i had a cramp that  persisted for 10 minutes of cramping and uncramping before finally stopping.

Any Advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

And no I haven't ever had my cholesterol checked. Next time I go in I'll see if this can be done.

Sorry to hear about your father. Have you ever had your cholesterol checked? Please do so especially if high cholesterol runs in your family. I know you are only 24 but not only does bad diet play a part but so does genetics. As for your leg cramps make sure you drink plenty of water and eat 1 banana a day as it is full of potassium and should make your cramping subside. You can also try 1 tsp of applecider vinegar when you are cramping. Tastes nasty so that's why i opt for bananas. Have your eyes checked because you may be straining which is causing you headaches especially sitting in front of a computer for 6-8 hours a day. So you may need glasses while working on your computer. I would also suggest while at work get up and walk and stretch every hour to hour and a half and make sure you keep good posture as you sit. A lot of us have bad posture and then wonder why we hurt all the time. I hope this helps.
