Chronic joint pain since age 11

I've had knee problems since I was 11 and it has turned into back pain, hip pain, and sometimes random pains in joints all over. I have gone to many doctors one said I have tendinitis another says it's a simple vitamin d deficiency. I was pulled out of physical therapy and haven't been since I was 12. Xrays show nothing and my blood work is normal. I have had joint supplements and nothing has worked. If anyone could help that would be great. Also, I do not notice any swelling when I get the pain. It gets hard to hold a spatula it gets really painful and I have to stop after holding it for about 1-3 minutes. I was in a little bit of sports but stopped and the pain came a year or two after I stopped sports. I was also in some musicals but did not do too much of rough activities.  Again if you know aything that can help me please let me know. Also, I'm 18.

get a blood test for fibromialgia   the doctor will know what that is.  Also, many children suffer from arthritis so get blood-work for roamatory arthritis.  Sorry, can't spell these right but the doctor will know what your talking about. Although neither disease is curable, there is treatment to lessen the pain.

I am sorry that you have been in pain for so long!   What is your diet like?  Are you eating too many TV dinners?  Mac and cheese?  Processed foods contain MSG which after time can not only make one ill, some get heavy.
Are you drinking diet sodas?  Aspartame is a rat poison.  it can cause symptoms of M.S. and other diseases.   If you crave a sweet drink, try lemonade or limeade instead.  The fizzy stuff is simply not good for us.
Do you take probiotics?  If you don't have enough friendly flora  or bacteria in your stomach, you can suffer from many pains and symptoms; including GERD, fog brain, and aches and pains.
Glad to hear you are taking Vit. D supplements.  However, if you are not taking Magnesium and Calcium, you may not be utilizing the Vit. D correctly.  The Magnesium and Calcium should not be taken at the same time so that you can absorb them better.
Have you been tested for Lyme disease?  Many people have been bitten by a tick and don't remember it, as it didn't hurt - just left a red bulls eye, which went away by itself later.

I hope this information was helpful.  Wishing you the best.
