Is this normal?

Hello, i am 14 years old and I wanted to ask if it is normal to pee only once, occasionaly twice a day. This has been going on for about a month now. Besides that I never feel thirsty, and never sweated a lot- always very very little.
I didnt tell a doctor about this yet.
What is this?

If it has anything to do with this, I have also low back pain, trigeminal neuralgia type of headaches, and mild bladder incontinence, oligoclonal bands in my spinal fluid, and on the electromiographie also something not really normal-some lesions i think. ( mri is in a week and a half)
And last week I started to have pretty severe left knee pain. Is this all connected?

Going to the bathroom is your body's way of detoxifying. I know you are only 14, but you can tell your parents that 90% of the population of America is iodine deficient. The bread used to have iodine in it and so did the meat, but not any more. Iodine is needed in every cell. Meanwhile all our foods contain toxins like msg, so we need iodine to clean out.

Please drink more non-chlorinated water. Your skin will become puffy and you can get rashes or boils because your body cannot handle all the toxins.

At the Asian store, I bought dried seaweed for $1.29. If you eat it dry, it is salty. If your mom is willing to experiment, add it to a homemade soup. One piece has enough iodine for one week.

I am not a medical professional, but you are a lachesis patient. (See abchomeopathy and put in your symptoms.) Lachesis patients are characterized by not drinking water. The result is that you are over taxing your thyroid by not drinking water. Get non-chlorinated water to cleanse your body. Aldis carries 24 bottles for $2.29. Add iodine to your diet (kelp pills) to purify your body of all the toxins that have built up. It can lead to rheumatoid arthritis if you don't change your habits. Drink green tea. At least 1 per day. Add lemon if you don't like the taste.
