I too have suffered from the same thing. I am not a physician but it does sound like a classic case of anxiety. I had a huge fear of dying at one time and that made every symptom I had magnify. I was taken to the hospital twice via ambulance, not to mention in the ER numerous other times because I was sure I was having either a stroke or a heart attack. I underwent countless tests with various specialists and the only doctor that helped me get over my anxiety was a psychologist. One of the ER physicians suggested I seek counseling and he was right. I have completely overcome the panic attacks and rarely, if ever, suffer anxiety. I did it without drugs because I hate taking pills and feeling "drugged". For me, the basis of my anxiety was feeling out of control with my life (I had three babies under the age of four and my husband had just left me at the time). I have an active imagination and let it get the best of me. I found that 'ridiculing' and laughing at my fears/anxieties, helped tremendously in my recovery. I sympathize with you and wish you luck in getting better. You can do it and while it seems difficult at first, you can overcome the anxiety and live a great life !
How long did you have it for? Did it just gradually go?
I had all the same stuff ajak has had too. But it has all stoped now.
I have a phobia of dying. Maybe that is the case. I am starting to see a psychologist so that may help.
I didn suddenly lose my appetite but its growing back now. My sleeps are usually easily awoken but thats normal. Its the panic attacks that aren't and the thoughts that go through my head when I awake. Exercise is currently limited due to a torn hamstring

I am always awaking during my sleep, just starting eating again and little exercise but this has always been the case, as I have torn my hamstring. And the awakeness always happens, but not with these panic attacks
I agree with pum, I am not a DR. but I think high stress can cause all of your symptoms. If you can find the source of this stress and eliminate it, you may get better. just give it a little time. There may be something else involved here, but from what you have said, you may want to deal with the stress first to narrow down symptoms. I have 1 question, 3 parts, Are you getting enough sleep, good nutrition and exercise? Sounds basic but so does the word foundation.

So you do not think it is the symtoms of dizziness, but rather the anxiety causing it?
Why am I always tired?
That kind of dizziness is very common with anxiety/depression. Get on top of that and it will go away.
Head pain in the temples is due to muscle tension or alchohol or plain old sinus/allergies.
Brain tumors are rare and cause things like vomiting, personality changes, paralysis.
Eat regularly and well, exercise, get out and see friends, listen to upbeat music, and enjoy your twenties.

I am experiencing this kind of problem
It started off as a chest pain aroung the 26th December and now it has turned into me feeling dizzy constantly, like the room is slightly moving. I feel better when driving, which is odd. I have pain at both left and right side of my forehead. I have been diagnosed with Aniexty and depression, as I keep thinking the worst, such as a brain tumour. Maybe because my mum died of Cancer when I was 9 and I just take the worst case scanerio.
I feel fatigued also and have problems sleeping and have panic attacks during the night. And when I am in a waking sleep, my brian is making stupid thoughts.

Vertigo is when the whole room is spinning. Its a sort of dizziness. Put it this way - stand up and spin around in a circle a dozen times then suddenly stop. Vertigo makes u feel like youve just spun around a dozen times. being dizzy is more of a off balance feeling not like vetigo - hope that helps.
Doesn't sound anything like vertigo to me. I don't know what it is , but vertigo is probably not a good place to start. Sinus infection, stress, weather changes, food allergy, lack of sleep, lack of proper diet, lack of proper exercise, over-exertion? The list goes on and on. Also could be a med or combination of meds you are on. Could also be a combination of any things I mentioned above. What is your duration, situation and what state do you live in? Have you seen a Dr.? This info could help

I think vertigo is when the room actually seems to move (horizontally or vertically). Sounds like you have dizziness which has numerous causes from anxiety, blood sugar, allergies, to all sorts of things.

It could be vertigo because if it was sinus or middle ear troubles then you usually feel worse when you lay down. Just my opinion.
