Thyroid issues (labs within) postpartum thyroiditis or something different?

My doctor handed me my labs and didn't say anything so I'm trying to decipher what they mean and how to cure this issue.

I have tremors, pressure in the thyroid area and rapid weight loss (about 1lb every 2 days for about 2 months)

I am four months postpartum.

TSH 0.02 (Low) Range is (0.035 - 4.67)
T3 Free 5.84 (high) Range is (1.45 - 3.48 )
T4 Free 2.00 (high) Range is (0.70 - 1.48 )
TPO 2 (normal) Range <9 IU/ML

It sounds like a typical case of 1st stage  (hyperthyroid) postpartum thyroiditis.
You'll need to have this monitored closely by repeat labs (insist!), consume goitrogenic foods while you're hyperthyroid, like raw broccoli, raw cabbage and raw peanuts. which  can lower thyroid function a bit, but not when they are cooked/roasted.
Also by consuming raw natural sea salt and avoiding nori
and seafood, you will also have less dietary iodine, the base
substance for thyroid function, but this will take a few weeks to work itself into your body.
I hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Niko
