It could be temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). You need to go see your doctor for treatment options.
You need to see a bone doctor about this. I doubt it will just go away on its own. In the meantime, go to your nearest pharmacy and pick up one of those rubber mouth-guards (like football players use), and keep it in your mouth while you sleep, and if it's helping, leave it in during the day, too.
