Dural calcification in brain

My CT with and without contrast and MRI says
There is a non-specific 1.8cm dural calcification versus meningioma along the falx. There is a smaller dural based calcification anteriorly. Everything else is unremarkable.
I do get frequent headaches which lasts for couple of days and I also have slight blurred vision. I got my eye checked and they found my optic nerve was a bit swollen. I am really worried about this new finding. I have an appointment with the neurologist in couple of weeks. Did anyone else go through all this? Is this calcification serious? Thank you.
