Erectile dysfunction, leg tingling and ghosting vision - 19 years old

Hello, I'd like to ask your opinions on my health status. I'm already talking to doctors in my country but I have no diagnosis and my problems are still there, I'd like ask on this forum

Summer 2015 I suddenly started having ED ( I didnt change GF or something like that, it just suddenly started - I was not a virgin) - first I thought it is because I am in stress - I was about to start my last year at high school and I had a lot of work to do so I didn't go to doctor. In December 2015 I realised it is not caused by stress because I was pretty chill during Christmas holidays and ED was still there - no improvement.

So I went to a urologist who told me that I have varicocele and sent me to blood test - he did the basic stuff and told me that only aslo is increased - so he send me to revmatologist (for the aslo) and neurologist (to look on my ED). Revmatologist told me that I had streptocock in my throat causing the high aslo and gave me antibiotics - so that was also OK. I was meeting my neurologist in 2 weeks but I started having weird tingling in my left leg and arm so I went to ambulance I was given magnesium to use and sent me on MRI scanning. But one day later I had my legs so weak that I couldn't almost move - the same evening I was send to a MRI (brain and cervical spine) MRI didn't show any lessions or something like that so I was told to rest and take the magnesium. In few days it went away, but the ED still occured. In June 2016 I started having tingling again and I was sent to MRI (brain and cervical spine) once again - It was the same as first time no lessions.

One month later they tested me for Lyme disease - it went out negative. I was also sent on next MRI for thoracic and lumbar spine - everything in normal. Then I decided to contact an endocrinologist - so I contacted a doctor who I was visiting as a kid because I was short so I was injecting HGH everyday. I stopped this therapy when I was 16. So I was talking to her and she did me several blood tests.
I will mention things that were out of the scale:
Blood test #1
Calcium ionized: 1.35 nmol/l (scale: 1.12-1.32)
Calcium total: 2.66 nmol/l (scale: 2.15-2.55)
Creatinine: 106.00 umol/l (scale: 59-104)
Prolactin: 25.99 ng/ml (scale: 4.04 - 15.)
Cortisol (morning): 732 nmol/l (scale 263-724)

After this one she tested some of these things again:
Blood test #2
Calcium total: 2.61 nmol/l (scale: 2.15-2.55)
Prolactin: 35.53 ng/ml (scale: 4.04 - 15.)
Cortisol (morning): 762 nmol/l (scale 263-724)
And after this prolactin again:
Prolactin: 36.50 ng/ml (scale: 4.04 - 15.)

She sent me to MRI again to rule out prolactinoma - I had brain scan again and everything was OK. Now she prescribed me Cabergolinum - Dostinex at dosage 0,25mg a week.

Let me mention other values from the first blood test:
Testosterone: 26.53 nmol/l (10-34 nmol/l)
IGF-1: 370 ng/ml (150-450)

The tingling in my legs is like on and off sometimes it bothers me and sometimes its completely OK. The erectile dysfunction is still here - I can have sex but its not at it used to be - can have it like once every other day, I used to be able to have sex 4 times a day just to compare. Also next thing - in october 2016 I started having ghosting vision mainly at night - I went to two opthamologists and they didn't find anything. I will meet one more this month.

I am really thankful for every answer I will recieve. Hope you apologise my english and my typing. Have a great day and thanks for reading :-)

You most likely have a condition that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome (Left Iliac Vein Compression). It can cause vericoceles and pain and tingling in the groin and usually left leg. Its a condition that is not very well known by most doctors so it's rarely diagnosed. Vericoceles can cause ED as well. I sent you a private message as well. Message me and I can give you a lot of info as I know from experience this condition is not easily diagnosed.
