Can Rheumatoid Arthritis be painless?

So I am a 22 year old female and about 6 weeks ago, I noticed a small and swollen bump forming on the inside of my elbow crease. Sometimes it feels bigger and sometimes less so. It especially feels smaller and less swollen in the morning after I have rested.Today I noticed the whole inside of my elbow was so inflamed that it didn't even feel like a lump anymore. Today I also noticed that in the exact same place on my left arm, the same thing seems to be forming. All of this inflammation is under the skin and sometimes feels like little bumps, other times like a big swollen mass.

They are generally painless and I totally forget about them, but every now and again the joints do feel achy.

My Granddad was diagnosed with RA at 55 and my cousin was at 17 so it runs in the family for sure. However both their first symptoms were when their hands, feet and ankles all became noticably swollen and extremely painful.

So I was wondering, does this sound like RA to you? Because the swelling is not visable and totally under my skin, as well as not that painful, I am not quite sure what to make of it!
