unconfortable sitting

It has become unconfortable to sit of hard and sometimes soft surfaces.  I don't have unually flat buttlocks but feel bony when sitting.  I am 65 yrs old with a history of diabetes.  My chest from neck to breast seem to be caving in,  I am beginning to look older that I am.  I play golf frequently and care for the lawn other than that I am sitting. What do you think? bone cancer?  old age?
