Hair Analysis

After a hair anyalsis I was told I have too much arsenic and tin in my system and not enough copper and zinc.  How does one get too much arsenic???  Water?  Aspartyme?  And what is in aspartyme?  I drink the diet green teas and sugar free coffee creamer most every day and was thinking maybe that is the problem.  Any ideas?
Also, any suggestions on how to avoid and treat arthritis pain in the hands?
Thanks.

Aspartyme turns into Arsenic over 82 degrees I belive (I could be off by a couple). So, when you consume Aspartyme, your body temp actualy converts it to arsenic. Equal, Diet Coke, and many other products contain Aspartyme. There have been studies linked to MS and Fibro Myalgia (sp) that link sysmptoms back to Aspartyme. I am no Physician or medical expert, but that info scared me out of consuming products with Aspartyme for good! Take a look at everything you consume... It's shocking how much random chemicals we come in contact with and consume!

How much percentage of organic arsenic "is normal to have" in the body? And how much "is not normal to have" in the body? And how many year's does it take for inorganic arsenic to leave the body completely? & what is the time frame for being tested for inorganic arsenic? a few day's? a few monthes? or a few year's?

A lot of rat poisons and other yard items have arsenic too. I don't think aspartame has arsenic in it.

What are your symptoms ?

As far as arsenic poisoning, you may want to start off with calling your water company and asking them for more information about your water. I remember reading an article once about some water wells that had tested positive for arsenic.
