Hard bumps behind ears

More than a month ago, after my bath I noticed two bumps behind my left ear, I was putting a towel on my hair and when it pressed my head I felt some pain. I thought maybe was a bite, but it weren't red or even had something strange, were two small (medium to large, considering the size of stuff on a face) hard bumps, like pieces of bones and with the same skin tone, nothing different. After a few days, the pain totally stopped, but the bumps still there, after another few days, I discovered another bump behind the right ear, just one this time. They never went, they still there. I went to the clinic but they gave me an appointment for september 16! From the day I discovered the bumps until today, they never changed. So this friday I went to see my doctor and suprisingly she asked me if I had dandruff, and actually I have! It started recently. She didn't told much except for: ohh, maybe is because of this. I have another appointment soon, but I'm still worried and she didn't cleared me much what was happening. Could you give me some help and something to read?

Thanks!
