what is this scab spreading?

About 2 months ago i got the itch on my forearm, close to the elbow. I kept itching it, then a scab appeared. It was about the size of a 10 pence coin. however now its about the size of a tennis ball, spreading on my arm.

when the scabs come off, either from me showering, itching it or catching it on something it leaks with a puss like substance. this will keep leaking for around 15-30 minutes then start to scab over again. It scabs really quick but whats worrying me is how much is has spread in my forearm. I've used things such as savalon but that just weakens the scabs and brings all the puss like substance out. I was given a cream called 'AQUEOUS Cream BP 100g' but that doesn't do anything it just weakens it and gives me tiny bumps on my arm or on the surface.

The middle of the scab area is healed with new skin but if i scratch it a little bit it becomes wet and max another scab.

please help, thank you.
