Thanks So Much From Writting Back....I WIll Go To A Doctor To See What The Heck This Is...Thanks Again. Take Care
Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Sinusitis, refractive errors of the eye, migraine, cluster headaches, brain tumors, high blood pressure, tension headaches, poor or disturbed sleep and cervical spondylitis are several causes of headaches.
Dizziness could be due to postural hypotension (blood pressure falling with change of position), internal ear problems and cervical spondylitis. All these cause dizziness when you get up from lying down position. Cervical spondylitis and ear problems also cause dizziness on changing the position of the neck. Other causes of dizziness are anemia, GERD, hypoglycemia or low sugar and some endocrine problems.
In your case I would rule out cervical spondylitis first, especially if your job or work involves computers or straining your neck or if you have a poor posture while sitting.
However please do consult your doctor regarding this as it is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
