Fatigue and premature ejaculation

I have a big problem. I feel a lot of fatigue. my mouth is souring and I have pain with my joint muscles.
The problem has become extreme in that when I sleep with my couple I become tired quickly and prematurely ejaculate and cannot do it again.
I am very worried which kind of problem is this?
I am planning to go and see  a neurologist. I bought viagra but my wife told me not to use it as she said it will cause me more problems and she advised me to see a neurologist.

Can anyone help me on this? I am very worried and desparate.

it could just be through sheer tiredness and worry that this is happening to you,try to relax more then maybe the muscle pain will ease and the sex will gradually go back to normal once you sort this out, good luck.

try changing your diet take some iron pills with vitamin c add  a little more red meat to your diet and try swimming for exercise that will help with the joints as there is no body pressure in the water. drink lots of water and see the doctor about  arthritus ( sorry cant spell that word)
