Heart racing and dizziness, please help?

I started having symptoms a week out of nowhere, and every doctor i've been to doesn't know my diagnosis. I'm 13 years old, female, 5'5, and 130 pounds. For the past week my heart has been beating faster/harder than normal, and i feel dizzy and weak when i get up/walk around. For the first few days my heart was beating so fast i couldn't fall asleep. The next few days at night i had chills and shaking, but no fever.  Later in the week, i threw up on two occasions. First after i tried to swallow a pill (i have difficulty, so i couldn't swallow it and that triggered my gag reflex). Second, after i had ibuprofen in an attempt to calm down the shaking. (I'm not sure if the throwing up was related to my sickness but i'm including it just in case.) After the first time throwing up i haven't had much of an appetite at all. I've barely been eating. I have been getting enough sleep and drinking water. (Note: My heart racing and dizziness/weakness have been constant this week, not in spells) Anyway-- First i went to my primary care doc, he didn't know what was wrong with me, but sent me home with a referral to a cardiologist. The next day i felt so bad my mom took me to urgent care. The doc there told me to go to the ER for tests. I went to the ER that same day, they said everything seemed fine. They put me on an IV and sent me home soon after. The next day i went to a cardiologist, they said my heart is okay. I had numerous blood tests done at all doctors, they're all fine. (At first i thought it was anemia, but hemoglobin levels were fine) EKG was normal, Echo was fine too. Thyroid is normal. Every test i had came up okay, but i know there is something wrong with me. The doctors thought it might be anxiety, but i am not nervous about anything. Trust me, its not anxiety.  I've tried everything, so thats why im writing on a forum now. Help!!

I am not an athlete, but I am vegetarian.
What are you trying to eat when you get sick? Is it milk products? Because lactose intolerance could cause everything except for the heart racing and that is from not eating.
I have been eating soft foods like apple sauce, pudding, and jello.
Some people have symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia, even with a normal hemoglobin.
You should ask for a complete iron panel and also get your B12 levels checked, since B12 comes only from animal food sources and could be a factor in your racing heart beat symptoms.
A vegetarian diet also may cause low vitamin D levels-along with other nutrients- which is vital for digestive and G/I health  among numerous other essential functions in other systems and organs.

Hi Asci.
Well, well. You may need to rule out a tissue magnesium deficiency (not necessarily serum which doctors test normally)
You have hallmark signs of Orthostatic Hypotention, tachycardia and hypoglycemia all linked to a magnesium deficiency in the tissues.
Very low magnesium could affect B12 levels and one of  low B12s complications is Orthostatic hypotension.
Please consider transdermal magesium oil therapy asap!
As an adjunct for more immediate results, you may also get on your own
(no doctors prescription needed) Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate from your pharmacy. You need to dilute on ounce in 1 L of water and seep very slowly -to avoid laxative effects - throughout the day.
Repeat every 24 hours. Starting gradually will allow your body to get used to it.
Think of magnesium as a tissue softener, which will also help with heart rhythm regulation.
And in the event, you have some "hidden" anxiety or "hidden" stress, it will
calm things down for you.
You must give it some time, before you experience notable improvement.
This does not work like prescription medications.
It takes a little time for  internal rebalancing .
If you need any details let me know.
Best wishes,
Niko
