Headache when received cell phone

I want to know when i received phone call on mobile i had mild to moderate pain as headache it just random sometimes happens and sometimes not but i restricted my use due to this and avoid as much as possible as I'm very sensitive person and not of very strong nerves that's why i go in anxiety since my teenage.

You might want to try your question in brain health for better response since this community is more related to heart issues but it seems to me that you may want to speak with a therapist to get a handle on your stress and anxiety and panic. Sounds like this may be a bit of a stress response more so than an illness. Getting a handle on your stress and learning better ways to cope with it may do you a world of good.
