Anybody Know What's Going On?

Before you say, 'go to a doctor!', yes, I do have an appointment set up for tomorrow. I'd like to ask about this anyway.

I had a bladder infection a few weeks ago. I took all the medicine and I haven't been having any symptoms of it since. A couple of days ago I started having mild dizzy spells and light headedness. I started getting mild pain in both the right and left side of my lower abdomen along with my back. I figure I could have gotten a kidney infection from the bladder infection but I haven't had any of the frequent urination or painful urination problems. To make matters worse I woke up around two in the morning last night because of some extremely painful stomach pains. I sat on the toilet for almost an hour with constipation and when it finally came out it was more like diarrhea. My stomach was still feeling pretty bad afterwords but I did go back to sleep. About an hour ago I had the same thing happen. My stomach is pretty much constantly bubbling now but doesn't get painful or gassy until I need to go again. While I haven't really had any nausea my stomach has been just a bit too upset for me to really eat anything and I don't particularly feel inclined to do so. I don't know if these are all symptoms of a kidney infection or something else but its all been driving me crazy.

The only other problem I can think of is that I've missed my period both last moth and this month. I decided I'd go see a doctor about it if I missed it a third month in a row but I wasn't particularly worried about it because I've been irregular before and no I am not sexually active either. I don't know if it's apart of this problem but I figured I'd bring it up.

The first thing I thought of when I started reading this is you are pregnant. However you could have a GI problem. Good luck with your appointment. Write all the symptoms down and give it to the doctor.

It doesn't seem obvious that this is related to your bladder infection.  I've had several,  and it seems when they clear up,  they clear up.

The bigger concern to me is your lack of periods.  I looked through your profile and it sounds like you're 22.

Are you either heavy or seriously underweight?
