yellow bile, abdominal pains, back aches, constantly feeling like throwing up

I'm 14( 15 tomorrow )  and the past few days ive had abdominal pains but today I woke up feeling very sick, I got up anyway started my day. when I arrived at school I felt much better, but around 12 during class I threw up a lot of yellow bile, then about 30 minutes later I did it again, I didn't have any other symtoms but now it hurts to stand and feels as if I have knives in my lower stomach and when I stand I get very dizzy. the pains hurt so bad when I'm laying down, walking (I have to walk hunched over bc it hurts so bad) and I feel very weak like my legs could give out at any moment.

Honey. Go to your parents and have them take you to a doctor at an er  it could be a bad gallbladder or appendicitis or a very bad urinary infection. With that much pain and vomiting  you half to start to worry about dehydration. Now go talk to your parents you need to find out what it is
