Yesterday i done Urine test it shows result Red Cells --15-20. is it normal ? or can i consult other doctor regarding this reason. i hve more fatique , foot pain, Thnglling sensation, and thigh pain from 4 months plz advice me

Blood (RBC) in urine can be due to UTI, stones, bladder polyps, infections or cysts, prostatits, affection of kidney as in diabetes and hypertension.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined as a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. You will need to rule out the causes one by one. Take care!
