Have your doctor do a CBC - to check your potassium and magnesium levels.  This has been a particularly hot summer and many people are depleted and getting dehydrated.  Drink some Gatorade and see if it helps.

I would suggest you see your doctor to check your ears and throat to make sure that you do not have an infection or congestion.  Blocked sinuses and congestion in the eustation tube can cause ringing in the ears.

If you have felt the "crawling" on your skin at the same time as your ear problem, it is likely that your body has an infection.

Irritation on the skin can also be from allergies, like soaps, detergents, food and drink.

I hope that your ringing ears are only a temporary thing.  Ringing in the ears is called Tinnitus and there is no cure for this.
