*** MIDDLE OF AUGUST
I've started being sick in august. It felt as if everything I was eating wasn't getting to my intestine. I started experiencing constant nausea, constipation, sometimes dizziness, gas, bloating, and a strong feeling of wanting to vomit but not being able to. Some episode were soo intense that I really felt as if I'd have to call the ambulance so I stayed next to the phone. I thought to myself that this would pass but it didn't. I then decided to go see a doctor because it was just unbearable. I want my life to move forward I can't afford to stay home all the time and do nothing because I don't know when some symptome will pop up. I've never been this sick.
*** SEPTEMBER
I went to see the doctor at the emergency because that's the only way I can see one. I took roughly 5 hours of waiting and then I was called in by the doctor. I explained everything to him, he did some minor check up and then came the verdict:
#1 Prescription(RATIO-DOCUSATE) which is a stool softner
#2 Blood test for FSC,Greatinine,Glycemie,Alt,Phosphatase alkaline,TSH,Amylase,Lipase
#3 And lot's of fiber and water
As soon as I got home I started taking the medecin, however I started to experience some side effects such as sore
throat and headaches. So I went on the internet to find all the information about the medecin he prescribed to me. It said not to take the medecin for more then a week and not to take if you have high blood pressure which I have. I took it for a week and during that week I started feeling better the neasea almost disappeared which was great. I still was constipated for the most part but I was going to the bathroom now and often too. I also started to pay attention to what I eat as not to eat ANY junk food, only wheat, veggies, milk... all healthy food. That is when I noticed that some type of food tends to affect me in a bad way. Any milk product in large quantity difficult to deal with the symptomes, such as nausea, the feeling as if it's stuck and acid. Also eating too much will also end up giving a heavy load of symptomes. Since the doctor told me to get lots of fiber, I went and go fiber suppement pills called:
FiberPlus Premium: Daily Cleanse with Chlorophyll(has psyllium).
Which tends to give me headaches more
then anything.Although it seems to help the digestion. I also got Balacta which I took a lot later I wanted to try just
the fiber supl. first. I made the discovery that taking balacta before sleeping is a bad idea, might restore intestine
bacteria but it doesn't help with sleep nor do I feel any better with it. I tried it more then a day. At the point I'm
at I'm ready to try anything.
The 29 september night I ate late, two big boal of pasta with a tomato sauce made me sick till 3am which I was then able to fall asleep. I was feeling bloated, heavy nausea, cold/hot, sweats and shaking. The huge feeling of the approaching doom and I spent that time near the phone. Today 30 Sept. I didn't take anything, I still feel shaking of my last boal of pasta and I have a school exam today I need to feel well by that I mean headacheless which fiber tends to provide and not to eat much such as two piece of brown bread all wheat and cereal. I might just eat a carrot now.
Between the 1st and 4th of october were hell... Had the worst cramps ever but I've had them before. The Cramps are soo bad they make you sweat and bend in pain then after a few seconds of intense pain you hear the sound of stomach movement(probably gas). Those cramps come back at least 10 times before giving me diarrhea and then I feel fine because I'm lietrally unblocked... Today the 4th, I ate way too much, I've been hungry and I did eat a ton of peach yogurt which I shouldn't have. Now I can't sleep because I'm in sweat and I'm thirsty as hell but whenever I drink, I still feel thirsty.
In the end, I can't live a normal life because of this, it's hard to get the proper care or diagnostic and I'm not even sure
I'll live long enough to get there... There's only a handfull of doctors for few billions of us.
