Consider going totally organic & all natural. Use 2 to 3 cups of pure apple cider vinegar in the bathtub & see how your itching is. Your body sounds like it is rebeling from the allergens in you. It could be alot of factors...foods, cleaning products, environment, personal products, preservatives, colorants.

You may have an allergic reaction to your washing detergent, your soap, shower gel. The itchiness can be from external or internal irritants.
Only use non-biological washing detergents and a fabric softener that is suitable for sensitive skins. When you wash your clothes, ensure that you set the machine for the extra rinse. Do not use any harsh soaps with perfume. Simple soap should be fine and anything that is suitable for use on a baby.
If you use any body spray or perfume, then stop using that.
If you wear silver or gold that his plated, then do not wear that. Some silver contains nickel and some people get an allergic reaction to the nickel.
Keep a diary of what you consume to see if any food or drink makes the condition worse.
