Kefir discussion!

Hello everyone,
I wanted to have some opinion on kefir drink I had some years ago, 5 years to be precise. I bought these milk kefir grains in India from some vendor, claimed he has genuine grains and pure. When I recieved it, they did not look like normal big grains, they were size smaller than sand. But I anyway made milk kefir from it and consumed. I ate it like for 5 months as per my order history. Within these 5 months my A1c jumped from 5.4 to 6.1. I stopped consuming but I noticed I had developed joint pain in hands. I ignored at time thinking of some random pain but it has continued till now. I have wierd pain in my neck a shooting pain, made me feel like agina, but it has been checked by doctors and multiple cardiologist have told there nothing wrong. When I eat sweet I feel i am out of breath, everytime. It has all happened after drinking that kefir.
I believe I may have consumed contaminated kefir or something. I understand noone can tell me for sure as there could be number of possibilities. Just wanted to have opinion as to what I can do to resolve these issues? no doctor is interested to investigate this and work on it.

Hello~If there is a good naturopath in your area, I would make an appointment and ask him/her.They are trained in nutrition and could probably help you with this issue. It is strange, however, that this has been going on for 5 years now.

Highly doubtful that naturopath can help. I have done naturopathy course for 10 days years back, was on mostly nutrition, this doesn't seem to be a nutritional problem.
