Left sided chest pain and stabbing pain and weakness episodes in left arm and leg

I am a 27 year old male. For the last 2 months i have been suffering from episodes of left sided weakness and stabbing pain in my left arm and leg. This is associated with headaches in the left hand side of my head and chest pain. Along with these symptons i have been suffering from panic attacks which i feel are triggered by the chest pain and other problems. My doctor has referred me for counselling which i start in 2 weeks, and he says my heart sounds fine and an EKG done 2 moths ago was normal. Please can you help me

have they given you any anti-anxiety medicines?  I know from experience that panic attacks will worsen pain and can even worsen the attacks.  When I have panic attacks, I try to sing a song and breathe deeply.  This takes my mind off of the panicky feeling and it doesn't seem to last as long.
