Leg Pain

Hi about a year ago while i was doing jumping jacks i pulled a muscle in my left leg now i have a pain in my inner groin, when i step a certain way or try to do any jumping exercises. I had x-rays done there is no torn muscle , dislocated, cracked or broken bones the doctor told me to strecth the area but it hasn't helped, was wondering if a chiropractor would be able to help me with my problem

The muscle may be weakened from taking time off to let it heal after pulling it or may not be completely healed yet. Physiotherapy is a great way to find out how to safely restrengthen the muscle or heal it.

Pain in the inner groin can be arthritic joints.  Did the doctor say that you have any arthritis at all?

X-rays only show up bones, an ultrasound or MRI scan would show up soft tissues.

You could ask your doctor to refer you for physiotherapy.  Anther good form of exercise is swimming and doing the exercises your doctor advised you to do in the water.

Best wishes.
