Leg stinging pains

I had an ultrasound for leg pain to rule out dvt and when she pushed under my knee and a place in my thigh and calf I had a stinging sensation and my foot began to go numb. Also, when she pushed on my left groin it caused terrible pain which im still feeling the effects of a day later, along with nausea. What would cause this since im negative for dvt? Could my lymph nodes be causing that? A nerve? I also have a bulging vein issue (not vericose, only when I put my feet up or rest right after exercising). Dr ruled out venous disease as my SED rate is normal.

You might have a Baker's cyst behind your knee.

Ouch!  Sounds like the tech pushed too hard on a nerve causing the leg problem!  As for the groin, it could also be a nerve or the tech might have found a swollen gland.  Do you have any bites on your body anywhere?  Even a mosquito bite can cause a swollen gland in the groin.

You might want to take some Probiotics to ease the pain.  Yeah,  acidophilus.. If there are any "bugs" in your system, it should take care of them.  I personally don't recommend yogurt as many of them are pasturized and no longer contain live bacteria.  A good probiotic is best - and you don't even taste it.
