Strange chest pains+others

I would very much appreciate anyone's opinion on my current condition.

Around three years ago I started having chest pains on the left side.  They would come on upon exertion, and fade upon rest/sleep.  Within the past few months, I have also had left arm pain.  The chest pain has increased since it began, and doctor's have yet to find it's cause.  It's 100% not a heart-related problem, so that doesn't leave too much for me to continue with.

Also, a few weeks ago I was doing pushups to try and work out, as recommended, when after about one minute's rest, my arms+legs became heavy like stone.  I couldn't move them at all, and were very cold to the touch said my family.  Everything came back to normal after a few hours, but I haven't done much since.

Other things I have noted are my usually cold hands+feet during warm temperatures (around 75 deg. F) and the ends of them are a much darker color compared to my pale hands.  This has been going on for much longer than the episode from a few weeks ago.

This all has made me afraid to work another labor-intensive job (Some of the only jobs available for being 19) for fear of the weakness+pain I would be constantly receiving.  It's also the main reason I quit my last job.

I have also been recently diagnosed with some form of Arthritis (I can't remember the type) starting to appear in the middle of my spine.

I would love for any advice as to what I might have, so I could to ask my doctor for more information.

My cousin currently has MS, and that's about it for that.  The MRI showed no signs of it in my spine, but I guess it appears in the brain as well, and I didn't get that scanned (I should have asked about it then!)
I will ask my doctor about possible brain issues, and will definitely check out that area of the forum.

I take it seriously, but it seems like my parent's don't.  They don't consider it to be a real problem, and only recognize it as an inconvenience, saying "oh, it's probably because you have bad posture, or need massages, etc"  I avoided working out as much as possible in the past because it hurt so bad, to the point where i'd collapse on the job after a few hours max (when I was working).  Now it's causing a sorta paralysis, and they still don't understand.  I keep getting told to work, which I know won't make it any better.  It actually made it worse.

-Thanks anyways though, I know i'm a bit unorganized with my words, but I try to give as much info as I can.  I'll keep this updated for the next few weeks with the following tests I have done, or if something new arises.

if they detected it on test its most likely osteo and thats good its the better of the two if you must have arthristis. Im very suprised youd have all the other tests and no blood work, blood can tell so much, the results of all the tests you mentioned only came up with developing arthristis? I think you 4 sure need a cbc , I wonder what a neurologist would find could be somthing in the brain signals synopses, perhaps an eeg is in order, any family history of ms, md. or parkinsons??

You had the big 3 heart tests so highly unlikely heart, something else, you sound bright I definatley would not take these symptoms lightly.

There is an ask a doctor forum on here, under rare disorders or symptoms (cant remember which) maybe try posting there,

I'm not sure on the arthritis bit, I was told I would be developing arthritis based on MRI findings where 2 parts of my spine meet.
I've had EKG, echocardiogram, exercise stress test, x-rays of the chest area, and an MRI of my upper+lower spine (no contrast).

No cbc yet, though I will most likely get one soon.

the arthritis is osteo or rheumatoid,  extremities cold makes me think circulation other symptoms sound muscle/skeleton  Have you had a lot of heart tests? is this how you know its not heart? if thats the case you may want to suggest your doctor send you for a mri with contrast that will find anything , it found a spot so small on my liver they dont even know what it is.,I worked in health care for years I dont know it all but I know some pm me if you have any direct questions, your symptoms intrigue me,I am sure youve had a cbc??
