Lightheaded for a few days - possible causes?

Recently (I would guess about 3-4 days now) I have been feeling slightly lightheaded, almost as if I had a head cold, where my head feels kind of foggy. However this does not affect my vision, nor does it affect my thinking (I can talk fine, think fine, I play my puzzle games without a hitch). But it just seems like I'm .. dizzy inside my head. It used to happen only around 10pm at night, however recently it's just.. a constant thing. Every so often my right arm will get tingly (not enough to be totally numb, but enough to be noticeable). It may be unrelated but I've also noticed that I've become more gassy than usual and stress/anxiety tends to enhance the symptoms. I've checked my blood pressure and it was 107/67 and my heart rate is usually 88 BPM. I'm been wracking my head for the past few days trying to figure out possible causes (from maybe a pinched nerve in my back to me just making all of this up with my GAD! I can't get checked until I get paid, so any help in the meantime would be most appreciated.

I have the same thing going on with me. I'm constantly dizzy but yet I can do things normal, such as write this response. I also get a weird "head pressure" with it. My doctor has narrowed it down to anxiety, maybe you are dealing with anxiety as well. Iv got so many terrible symptoms from it - it's really unpleasant.

Do you have a fever at all? Swollen glands? Might just be an infection. or the beginning of a cold. Hope you feel better.

Could be a number of things causing your symptoms.  Standing up too fast may cause  a temporary low blood pressure (below 90/60) that can cause light headedness.  If you have heavy periods, this may cause you to become temporarily anemic, which may lead to light headedness. Have you started a new diet recently?  Low blood sugar my cause light headedness.  I hope you feel better soon, and I hope this helps answer your question until you can see your doctor.

I'm no expert, all i can offer is my personal experience. The only time i ever get light headed is when i have not been eating properly or have not been drinking enough fluids. Low blood sugar can make you feel light headed. Also if you smoke weed that may be a contributing factor, marjuana can  cause anxiety.
