pain and pressure
I was woken up in the middle of the night with severe pain and pressure in the rectum with sharp pain down my left leg and was very diaphoretic i got up thinking maybe i had to go to the restroom and did not the pain continued into the next day but is not as severe

Common causes of rectal pain are anal fissure, hemorrhoids, excessive straining due to constipation and rectal polyp.
Please take a soft bland diet, and make sure you are not constipated. You can take a mild laxative also.

I know for a fact it is not constipation so maybe it is an anal fissure my L leg is still giving me alot of problems 7hrs later is this normal for that kind of problem?
