Looking for cause

Hi everyone,i am 20y old male,
I suffered from sinusitis for about 8 months last year, done CT ( thick/inflamed maxilary sinuses )
recently i started to feel symptoms again which are mostly flu-alike ( sinus/ear preassure, lightheadedness, blockage, headaches)

I ask could this be related to teeth/gums, my dentist discovered some inflamation on x-ray, teeth didnt hurt beacuse it has no nerves but gums hurt on touch, so i wonder should i mention this to my dentist ,cpuld it be realted to my symptoms, or should i see regular doctor, havent seen one because i dont have fever and he will probably just send me home... if anyone have some info, suggestions, i would highly appreciate it, thnx :)

i spent like half last year going to doctors, didnt got much answers besides its sinusits ( but they dont know WHY )...my guess was that "condition" in my upper gums is somehow preassuring sinuses or something, but who knows....

il keep you posted if i find out something new about it, thanks all for comments

Ok I'll try that do you ever feel tingles on top of your head? An how long does sinusits last if untreated?  Becuz I've had this almost too months  at first I thought  it was my high blood pressure medication but I've been talking that for a while so it should of left by now I would believe.  I'm pretty sure my Dr is going to tell me it's my Anxiety.

yes the sinusitis is usually kind of thick mucous or very dry irritating and drys up and stops your whole head up it seems like. I had it too and it gives you a headache and sometimes off balance. It sometims can be yellow or green if it is a staph infection or green if caused by another bacteria called pseudomonas. Staph is the most common. Try steaming yourself in the shower or using Vicks with a bowl of steaming hot water and try to open up your sinuses. However, you still may need an antibiotic.

It sounds much like sinusitis. You may need an antibiotic to clear it up. I would see your regular family practise doctor not the dentist for this. You don't always get a fever with sinusitis. If you had it before it still can come back.
