From the inside of my left elbow extending upward inside my left upper arm.
I can poke into the inside of my elbow to the point where the pain is most intense.
Any idea what is wrong?

Hello~Sounds like strained muscles. Have you tried hot and cold packs? I would see your doctor if it continues.
