Lower Right Abdominal Pain

I am 37 and have been experiencing lower right abdominal pain which at times radiates across my abdominal area.  I also at times feels like fluttering in my stomach and a burning sensation at times also.  When I sit for a long period of time it feels like something heavy or hard is in there but my stomach does not feel hard upon touch.  At nights at times it feels like a shart stabbing pain if I lay on that side or will hurt if pushed hard.  I had had a cat scan and it showed nothing.  I also had an abdominal and vaginal utra sound that showed a small fibroid but not big enough to cause any problems.  I am waiting to find out what my doctors next step is.  I am having no nausea, no bowel movements no issues after I eat.  This is something that is constant and I have not made a connection to anything that makes it better or worse.  Thank you.

It is most likely the fibroid. There are times when the size no matter how big it is can cause issues.  Maybe check symptoms for endometriosis.
