Lumps in Forearm!

Hi, two weeks ago I noticed I have a lump under my skin in my left forearm, then i noticed there are another two close to it. You can't see them, my skin looks normal its like their underneath in my tissue, the biggest ones moveable and kind of hard but also squishy to feel but I can definitely feel them there. I googled it and soft tissue sarcoma came up and I started to freak out. My arm and elbow have also been sore the past few weeks, my hand and fingers felt tingly as well. I still have some pain but not as much as I have been trying to rest the arm. I was doing yoga and insanity recently which means a lot of planks and push ups, don''t know if its all connected.  Just wondering if anyone had ever had anything like this?

Hello~I suggest that you see your doctor and have a biopsy taken of at least one of them, this will rule out any cancer scare you may be having.
