Male 26 strange cardiovascular symptoms two year smoking history

I am on three anti hypertensives and my echo showed everything as normal but my ejection fraction was only 57 percent and also can it be this low because of beta blockers and calcuim channel blockers that I take ( metaprolol and cilnidipine to be exact ) ..also the fractional shortening was 30 percent.is it development of full blown heart failure in line..also I suffer from chronic indigestion. My stools changed since an year or so after an infection and nothing has changed them ever since.I also quit my anti depressants fearing worsening of cardiac issues which I currently feel are more related to hypertension
