Many symptoms including moving ground/ paresthesia/ head jolts/ muscle twitching

It all started with what may have been a virus in April, although I did not feel sick. I was studying abroad in Europe and when I was traveling to Italy I got sudden extreme chest pain. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with pericarditis. I week later I got big nodules all over my legs which turned into bruises as they went away and was told it was erythema nodosum.

A month later I started having trouble walking and it felt like the ground was moving under me and I got a sort of pushing sensation in the back of my head. This sensation has continued for 4 months now and is only progressing. I now get a sort of jolt like feeling in my head that makes me shut my eyes and feel like I am going to pass out or have a seizure.

I also get random tingling/prickling in random spots all over my body, arms/legs/face/head. When I take something to detox my body the feeling gets a lot worse. I did chelation once and my whole arms and legs burned and tingled for 3 days.

I get random muscle twitches/ spasms and on and off internal shaking which feels like an earthquake or volcano that is about to erupt inside my body.

I have been tested for lyme many times and each time come back negative and I do not feel tired/sick/or have any other cognitive problems.

Please let me know if anyone has experienced this, especially the strong sensation of dropping in the head!!! Need any help I can get. Thanks!
