I have copied and pasted your link and have had to take out "," and ";" , but it does not allow me to see anything, just takes me to sign on.
Glad that you did manage to get to see the doctor and I agree with you that he should have listened to your heart and lungs.
If you do not know what the blood tests are for, you can always ring the surgery and ask them what you are being tested for. I should imagine one of the blood tests will be for iron deficiency. Iron deficiency does cause for you to feel tired and hungry for oxygen.
Did the doctor say when you will get your results and told you to make a follow-up appointment to discuss the blood results?
Feeling anxious and stressed to go and see the doctor can cause you to feel more unwell. Take things easy.
Regardless whether you feel hungry or not, try and have something healthy to eat. A boiled or scrambled egg (or how you like it), some yogurt. Brown toast with peanut butter, or whatever you like on it; any piece of fruit, some nuts like almonds or Brazil. Keep off biscuits, cakes, sugary foods, processed foods and fizzy pops and alcohol.
Have something healthy to eat every 2 or 3 hours.
Make sure that you have your fluid intake. Water is best, diluted juices, soups.

I agree with her that you should check in with your primary doctor.
Good news about your hand/arm, so that is a start.
You do have some health issues that do need the attention of the doctor.
Make one sooner than later.
If it helps you, write down your symptoms and give the list to your doctor. Or discuss your worst problem with him. Some doctors don't like to be bombarded with everything all at once, especially as they usually have a 5 minutes per patient. I find that writing everything down that is bothering me and giving the list to the doctor works better than me telling him.
Let me know how you get on.
It went good.
She said if the difficulties get bad, then I should. She said I should try to check in with my primary doctor.
My hand/arm is doing good.
Of course if you had difficulty in getting any air with your breathing, then there would be no question but to phone up for the paramedics immediately.
Hope you felt better today and OK to attend the appointment with the hand specialist.
How did you get on with the hand doctor today?
Hope all went well.
Wishing a speedy recovery, but do remember it does take time.
I am with SassyLassie. You need a visit to the ER, and not advice on relaxation. "Difficulty Breathing" is a red flag, mandating an immediate im-person professional evaluation.
Best Wishes
Hello,
First, get off the drug, I know folks say it is not harmful, but actually, who knows.
Next, see your doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I do not like the sound of any of those symptoms, please, get checked now.
Well for a start you should stop doing drugs.
Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and other juices (not alcohol).
You will get a headache if you are dehydrated (your body not having enough water). You need to drink at least 4 pints of water a day and more if you are working out and sweating.
You should see your doctor and get your bloods checked out for iron and Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency.
You need to also do relaxation. Try breathing slowly through your nose to the count of 4 and then slowly breathe out through your mouth to the count of 4.
Your breathing problem may be due to anxiety and stress and if that is the case the breathing exercises will help you. If you feel congested, then you do need to see the doctor to examine your lungs and throat and if the doctor suspects a bacterial infection he will prescribe an antibiotic if he feels this is necessary.
Perhaps you should tell your girlfriend not to tell you of any of her dreams, because this seems to disturb you too much.
A lot of symptoms seem anxiety related. Only a examination by a doctor will give you a correct diagnosis.
Getting to feel strong and healthy does not happen overnight. So take each day slowly and eat healthily, keep off junk foods, sugar foods and fizzy pop. Go for short walks for a few minutes to begin with and build up the time and length gradually and you will build up your stamina over time.
Hope you get on well with your hand appointment.
Best wishes.
