Help- alchohol poisoning?

So I'm a young frequent binge drinker. I'm 17 and last night I drank probably about 5 beers, 3 shots of fermented alchohol, and then some more throughout the night as I laid under my friends table. I was up till 4 am and I was sobering up at that point. I usually have a pretty high tolerance- I've never blacked out and can drink up to 7 shots. I'm not looking for a lecture as I am looking for a therapist on my own to work through my binge drinking problem. Well here's the problem. Last night I was sobering up around 4:30 am and I woke up this morning and felt somewhat fine only a mild headache, I went out for breakfast then came home and fell asleep at 11 am. I wake up at 6:00 PM and suddenly I have a weird combination of symptoms.
My symptoms are:
-headache
-tight throat
-difficulty taking deep breathes
-pressure in my sinuses and ears
-gassy stomach
-lack of appetite
-tight chest
-sore throat
-shaking
-numbness in my feet and arms
I felt fine this morning but right now I'm in so much pain and discomfort. I told my parents and they just told me I'm hungover but I've never had anything like this and when I fell asleep last night I was mostly sober. One time before, I had gone out to a sketchy area and had drank and I caught strep throat and my throat feels similair to that but I could function that day. Right now I'm kind of delirious and hyper focused on my symptoms. Is this alchohol poisoning? Please please help, I don't feel okay.

Hello~I see this was posted on the 17th, I hope you are better. If this happens again, I would go to the ER as soon as possible, I did a search on it just now, and it said the patient should not sleep, and should be watched carefully for about 24 hours. Don't mess around with this, it is better to be safe than sorry. What you described did sound like a form of alcohol poisoning.
