ABDOMIN INJURY ON ACCOUNT OF EXERCISE

Last year I was doing Indian type of exercise. After few days of starting exercise I developed pain in the right side abdomen. I thought the pain is related to gastro entrology. I consulted two gastro doctors. One suggested PPT prblem and gave medicine. There was not much relief. Another suggested gases problem and gave medicine but no relief. My endoscopy results and Ultrasound abdomen scanning results do not through much light on the type of pain. MY ultrasound shows Fatty liver grade II and mild enlargement of prostate glands. Thereafter I consulted a surgeon. He also gave medicine but not much releif was there. Then I consulted Gastro entrology surgeon. He suggested for CT scan. My CT scan shows thickening of colon wall but the surgeon says that  is not the reason of pain and that the pain may be a muscular pain. I feel that the pain in the lower abdomen which moves from middle to down is on account of strain caused because of exercise which has resulted in taring of muscle tissues. I am feeling very much uneasy on account of the pain. The surgeon suggested colonoscopy which I have to undergo.I am not able to attend my office work properly. Kindly guide me is there any medicine to cure such pain or any exercise is there which can reduce the pain.
