What could cause swelling on the right back side and crown of head?

I have had swelling and tenderness to the touch on the back right of my head for the last two weeks, feels almost muscular/nerve like because when I turn my head left it sends a pang of pain in the swollen area to my nape but it hasnt traveled really down to my neck or shoulders. Without movement, the swelling/tenderness doesn't hurt per say but I feel it. The right top of my head, the crown near where on a baby would be the soft spot, is also swollen. Again-- not pain pain, but felt. I wouldn't really describe it as pressure either...except on the bottom back of my head it is starting to feel like it. My right ear feels a very slight slight pressure coming from inside but no pain, no ringing, no fever, no dizzyness, no nausea, no loss of balance and no loss of hearing. I am 28 yrs old, female and in a location with very limited medical resources which is why I am reaching out via this method.

Three weeks ago I had either Chikungunya or Zika (didnt get a test again due to lack of medical resources and I am not pregnant nor planning to) but recovered, as far as I can tell, well and with in a proper time.

Also, this may be too much info/not at all related, but i've had dark green stools for the last couple of weeks ranging from normal consistency to diarrhea not related at all to too many green foods, vitamins or supplements. again, no nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain, nor an increase/decrease of bowel movements. my urine has also changed odors, though not color, and is just a lot more strong/potent smell no matter how much water i consume, though not necessarily a bad/fowl smell if that makes sense....

Thanks in advance to anyone who reads this, any help, medical guidance and/or pointers as to who I can email/talk to would be greatly appreciated.

Hello~Your issues in your neck and head would probably benefit by seeing a chiropractor. They specialize in neck issues. He/she would take and x-ray of your neck and be able to determine what vertebrae were being pinched. A few treatments is normally all a person needs to start feeling well again.

As to your BM's, I am not sure, you might want to add a good, strong probiotic supplement to your diet, this will  help to put friendly bacteria back in your intestines and tummy.

thank you for your reply, there is barely a hospital where i am so no chiropractor, but I am relieved to hear that you think it is nerve/muscle related.  A pinched nerve can cause head swelling?
