I have a swollen stomach not pregnant or bloated whats wrong?

Hi, i'm 19 very slim female and up until July I had a very flat stomach unless i was bloated and then all of a sudden my stomach became enlarged and it has been that way since. It is not fat gain because my diet has not differed, Im not bloated, Im not pregnant i have took 4 pregnancy tests just to be sure and im on contraception.
Recently i have been feeling the need "burp" but nothing would happen and it would feel like i needed to be sick but not feeling physically sick too this is more often at night, I have no idea what is wrong with me and it has been 3 months with no change please someone help me out. I am considering going to the doctors at the risk of being told its just weight gain even though  i know my self that is not the underlining caus as it is just based on my abdominal area and no change in diet and no weight gain jus an enlarged stomach.
Any help would be appreciated as it is starting to bother me alot and knock my confidence and it is worrying me.
Thanks

Maybe try a gastroenterologist? They can do an abdominal exam, and run tests if needed.

Or just go to your family doctor. Either way I think it's best to get it checked out. There are lots of things that could be causing it like kindd suggested. Good luck!

Hello,

It is very difficult to make a diagnosis without examination but some possibilities for your symptoms are pre-menstrual syndrome, excessive alcohol consumption, high salt intake, large consumption of sodas, too little protein in diet,Irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive tract disorders, food allergies and lactose intolerance.

I feel that an examination and consultation of a physician will be the best.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
