My boyfriend Can not keep food down and is under 100 lbs

My boyfriend has suffered from a very rare kidney disease since age 14 he is now 41. In the last 5 years, he has not been able to keep food down. When he eats, anything, he immediately has pain and burning in the stomach, radiating to his back. This is then followed by his having to run to the bathroom where it comes out either by vomiting or by the opposite end. He is under 100 lbs and his doctors seem to spend no time actually attempting to figure out what is going on. He is going to die if we do not figure this out. What can we do? Is it his gallbladder or something else. Please help.

I think you need to get him to a doctor who pays attention. Ask for referrals from the doctors he has seen. Threaten a malpractice suit if they aren't attending to this as a serious medical issue.
