Possible pariphrial neuropthy and trigeminal neuralgia type 2?

I was rear ended at highway speed by a young lady who was not paying attention. I was stopped in traffic. Impact was so hard it broke my drives seat.
I was diagnosed with concussion with brief loss of conciousness. Whiplash, Straighting of cervical lordosis, high blood pressure, post concussion syndrom, post traumatich headache and migranes, occipital neuralgia...

I am 7 months going on 8 months post accident.. I have had a pressure in my forehead (mainly right side) that never goes away but only varries in intensity its a pressure type aching feel. 4 times a week it turns into a sharp shooting pain that feels like an intense migranes that comes and goes with high intensity for minutes at a time.. I am concerned i have nerve damage in the trigeminal section v1 that is causing type 2 trigeminal neuralgia. i think that constant ache and pain is steming from the trigeminal v1 branch and the "migranes" are actually bouts of intense nerve pain.

Also 2 months post injury hands started to have a dull feeling in the last 2 digits (bilateral) ulnar nerve area. it wa a dull feeling that came and went, then turned into constant light numbness that never goes away.. more aggravated in hot showers and feels like a burning pain. this has progressivly gotten worse and now that same feeling started to appear in my feet (bilateral more prominent on right side).. the dull feeling slowly came and went, then turned to numbness that came and went and then just became slight numbness.

If anyone has any input about either of these on going issues or questions i should or could be asking to my doctors to get the proper diagnossis would be greatly appreciated!

So here is my suggestion:
1) go to an endocrinologist/diabetologist to rule diabetes out, just to be sure;
2) then go to neurologist. If I understood you correctly since accident are more than 6 months? And it gets worse? A disc protrusion in cervical vertebrae with compression of spinal cord should be ruled out.
3) if first two are ruled out- then neurodegenerative diseases (also competency of a neurologist) are probable.

Good luck and get well soon  ;)
